TEA MARKETS
The Ceylon tea market this week, according to private advices received in Wellington was strong and active with a general demand for all descriptions. Prices were unchanged with the exception of fine teas which followed quality. The quality continues to be good. The London market was unchanged.

DUNEDIN, March 29. 'Mr L. M. Wright has received the following cabled r.eport on the Colombo tea auction of March 28:—Common, and medium grades were firm, but fine teas were irregular and slightly easier. The duality of the offerings was good. A total of 2,000,0001b is catalogued for auction next week.
