HITLER'S CONGRATULATIONS

BERLIN, March 28
Herr Hitler telegraphed General Franco congratulating him on the entry of the nationalist troops to Madrid.
He declared that the nationalists had achieved complete victory over Bolshevism.
He associated Germany with his felicitations for the future of Spain.
