WATERSIDER'S DEATH

HASTINGS, March 28,
A waterside worker, Mr. Arthur Andrews, aged 52, was found dead by his wife in their home, Riverbend Road, Meeanee, at 8 a.m. today. He had risen early and was in the act of preparing breakfast when he apparently fell forward towards the fire, striking his head on a fender post.
A post-mortem examination was made by Dr. G. E. Waterworth, Napier. An inquest was opened and adjourned till next week.
