Lieut.-Colonel E. F. W. Mackenzie, formerly of Wellington, son of the late Dr. Wallace Mackenzie, has been selected by the Metropolitan Water Board to be Director of Water Examination, at a salary of £2000 per annum, states "The Post's" London correspondent. At the present time Colonel Mackenzie is Assistant Commandant at . the Army School of Hygiene.
