FURTHER PROPOSALS
CABINET CONSIDERATION
(Received March 14, 11 a.m.) | LONDON, March IS. The Colonial Secretary, Mr. Malcdlnl Macfiohald, is consulting his Cabinet colleagues today in reference to Pales, tine. It is assumed that the final draft of the British proposals will be considered and it is generally expected that these will be submitted to the Arab and Jewish delegations on Wednesday. . At informal weekend meetings between the British and Jewish representatives the Jewish memorandum in reply to the British suggestions was discussedv Newspapers state that it contains counter-proposals and asks for an assurance that full safeguards will be given in the British plan for the future development of the Jewish national home. : ■

EXPLOSION OF LAND MINE
(Received March 14, 11 a.m.) HAIFA, March 13. Two Jews were killed and one seriously injured in the explosion Of a land mine south of Haifa.
