Mr. Robert Spence, a leader of. the National Union of Seamen, who is-due shortly to retire, is paying a; farewell visit to his union's units anil foreign seafaring unions in, vairibus/parts of the world, his first port of call being Bombay, states "The Post's" London correspondent. Then he will go on to Australia and New Zealand, returning to England via San Francesco and! Vancouver. He hopes to revive recip* rocal agreements with foreign seamen** unions which fell-into- disase shortly after the war. • - - .
