Davis (8), with 5 up. Next came W. A. Bryden (8), 4 up; H. H. McL. Elliott (2), 3 up; W. G. Fisher (2), 3 up; R. H. Rawlinson (8), 2 up; W. G. Home (minus 1), 2 up; G. M. Frazer (7), all square. A fourball best-ball bogey competition played on Sunday, afternoon was won by G. T. Rapley (3) and J. A. Fay (8), 8 up, on a count back from M. T. McLean (10) and i. E. Pope (12), 8 up. Then came E. N. Smith (6) and P. J. R. Fordham (7), 5 up; E. Morgan (5) and S. C. Taylor (2), 4 up; W. C. Wedderspoon (8) and J. Flanagan (5), 4 up. , , Several good scores were recorded over the weekend, G. T. Rapley covering the course in 70.
