The wedding was quietly celebrated recently at the Holy Trinity Church of England, Balaclava, Melbourne, of Mary, eldest daughter of Mrs. E. Cavell and the late Mr. J. Cavell, of Wellington, and Vernon Cheswell, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. F. J. W. Stallard,
Levin.
The Rev. W. H. Doudney officiated, The reception was held at Mr. A. W. Davis's home in Toorak. Mr. and Mrs, Stallard later left for Healesville.
