The accounts of the New Zealand Refrigerating Company, which will be issued' lo shareholders about the middle of next week, will show the amount of £85,376 2s lOd available for appropriation, including £37,185 8s brought forward from last year. The directors recommend a dividend of sj? per cent., the addition to the rebuilding reserve of £ 12,000 and the carrying forward of £38,379 Is lOd.
