NEW CHAIRMAN ELECTED

Mr. T. P. Fotheringham, inspector for the Union Bank of Australia in New Zealand, and chairman of the Associated Banks in New Zealand, will be relinquishing the chairmanship on December 31. Mr. R. C. 'Addison,

resident inspector of the Bank of New South Wales, has been elected to succeed Mr. Fotheringham. *
