PARIS, December 13.
Italy has temporarily transferred her campaign - from Tunis to Corsica* where she is increasing her propac ganda designed to encourage aa autonomous movement. The opinion is expressed that Italy is less anxious for territorial gains than she is to force France to grant concessions in Tunis and Somaliland, which were shelved because of th* Abyssinian war.
Despite reports "that Italy has enoit"» mously strengthened her forces on th» Libya frontier the situation is easier. The Tunis disturbances have ceaseci. Sharp diplomatic action is unlikely at present. France is more disposed to await developments.
