A NEW REGULATION
(Received December 14, 10.20 ajm.) LONDON, December 13. It is announced in Rome that a fe> cent regulation against the collaboration of Italian journalists with foreign newspapers and news agencies will be applied first of all to Italians receiving a salary from a foreign newspaper agency, meaning that about 20 correspondents Will have to resign their posts. Cases of - occasional contributors, it is added, will be judged individually on their merits. The purpose of the regulation, says the Rome correspondent of "The Times," is clearly to control more .closely information sent abroad about Italy. ' :
