AMBULANCE BOARD
The season's greetings were exchanged by the president, Sir Charles Norwood, ahd the' other members of the Wellington District Free Ambulance Board at today's meeting of the board. Sir Charles referred to the good feeling existing among the members and to their aim to work for the common good ia as efficient and economical a way as possible.
Returns presented by the superintendent showed that 975 calls were attended to last month, the same number as for the corresponding month last year, and that the milage travelled by the ambulance ears" was 8372, compared with 8458 in November, 1937.
