TEA PORT DISORGANISED

(Received November 2, 12.45 pjn.) SHANGHAI, November 1. Thirty-two warships landed another Japanese army today at Futsing, 30 miles south of Foochow, the capital Of Kien Province, for a new invasion from the sea.

Foochow, which is the most important port for the tea trade'midway between Shanghai and Hong Kong, is reported to be disorganised. The banks and Government offices have been evacuated and the Customs suspended.
