MEAT IN LONDON

Advice received by the New Zealand Meat Producers' Board states that owing to the international situation all sections of the market are quiet, with prices slightly higher where they have changed.

The board advises that the following are the ruling prices of wholesale quantities of the descriptions of frozen meat mentioned and are for representative parcels of the goods sold on Thursday. Chilled beef prices are averages of the week on which this list is issued. All prices are on the! basis of delivered to Sfnithfield Market. The prices for New Zealand and Australian frozen beef are for second quality.
