PEACEFUL SETTLEMENT ,

The League Assembly unanimously passed a resolution submitted by Mr v de Valera expressing the conviction:* •that the Czech problem can be solved, peacefully. It voices the prayer of all people that no Government will attempt a settlement by force. President Roosevelt's messages were welcomed. LONDON, September 29.
