FRENCH DECREE
ORGANISATION OF NATION
(Received September 30, 11.40 a.m.) PARIS, September 29.
A decree signed by President Lebrun has been published putting into operation a law for the organisation of the nation in wartime. The law deals with every phase of national activity. Many of the provisions are already in operation, for instance, the mobilisation and the requisitioning of supplies. The new powers authorise economic and industrial measures as may be required. ;..■••-■■■ - : ; !
