A SWISS APPEAL
(Received September 30, 9 a.m.) BERNE, September 29. The Swiss Government has sent a message to Herr Hitler and Dr. Benes appealing for a settlement, endorsing President Roosevelt's plea, and emphasising that Switzerland will not be involved. ,
