Cases in the Petone Court yesterday were dealt with by Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M. For failing to keep as close as practicable to the left, Victor Arnst Kendrick was fined £1 and costs. Mary Nelson was fined 5s and costs for failing to carry a warrant of fitness. Driving a motor-car on the Hutt Road without due care and attention cost Norman Clifford Simmons £1 and costs. For exceeding 30 miles per hour in Upper Hutt Ernest Buckland was fined £2 and costs, .
