HUTT TOURNAMENT
; The annual tournament of the Hutt .Golf: Club wiU be held on the Hutt links on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, October 22, .23, and 24. The main competition will be for the-Hutt WTinter Clip,,at present held by R. G.Holland, of the Waiwetu Club. There will be. two qualifying rounds of stroke play and; the best sixteen scores of the two rounds will play off on match play.' _ All competitors other than those remaining Jn.4he-.Winter^^^^^
drawn according to handicaps into groups of eight. Each group will play off on match play on handicap. Those eliminated in the first round of the Winter Cup will enter a special flight. During the three days there will be a number of handicap stroke matches and bogey matches.
The Hutt Club advises that no entry iwill be accepted in the tournament unless the competitor has a certified [handicap bf 18 or under. i Entries close on Tuesday, October 18.
