The centre of the recent anticyclone has moved northwards, and is now over the North Island. Winds are light and rather variable, and the weather for the most, part has been fine with average temperatures. In tho far south, however, the weather has become unsettled with the passage of a depression and it is raining this morning in parts of Otago and Southland. TODAY'S WEATHER
