Maryland Rabbit with Apple Rings (first cousin to Maryland chicken).—l rabbit, li-cup breadcrumbs , 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped), 1 egg beaten, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 large cooking apple, salt and pepper, potato cubes.
