CRESCO FERTILISERS.
Accounts of Cresco Fertilisers, Ltd., for the year ended June 30 show a profit of £18,632, compared with £19,087 in the previous year. With £2813 brought forward, there is available £21,445. The directors recommend the payment of the usual preference dividend and a dividend of lh per cent, on the ordinary shares, amounting to £15,987, leaving a balance of £5458 to be carried forward.
