(Received August 27, 9 a.m.) THE HAGUE, August 26. A new X.L.M. airline between Batavia and Saigon was opened today. The Ratinalana airport, Ceylon, is being reconstructed to meet the requirements of X.L.M., which is considering a shorter route between Australia and Holland.
