JEWS AND POLES
INSTRUCTION IN DANZIG
(Received August 27, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, August 26. Reuters correspondent at Warsaw says that the Nazis in Danzig have been instructed to treat the Poles on an equal footing with Jews. This will include a business and social boycott, refusal of accommodation, and intensification of anti-Polish propaganda. The correspondent adds that civil servants have been questioned by the police in an endeavour to find out the responsibility for the leakage of secret statistics concerning the transport of arms, disappearances from concentration camps, and information from the archives which was broadcast by secret radio alleging that the Danzig arsenal consists of 416 light machineguns, 314 heavy machine-guns, and [30.000 rifles.
