NEW MINISTER OF WAR
NO POLICY CHANGE
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received August 27, 11.45 a.m.) BELGRADE, August 26. The Minister of War, General Maritch, also the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Verbanitch, and the Minister of Physical Education, M. Magarashevitch, have resigned without explanation. The Chief of the General Staff, General Meditch, has been appointed War Minister. It is officially stated that the changes in the personnel of the | Cabinet do not involve a change of policy.
