Barker, National Party 'candidate for Wellington East at the General Election, will address a public i meeting in the Seatoun Picture Theatre on Tuesday, at 8 p.m. Loud-speak-ers will be installed so that those who may" be unable to gain admission will be able to hear what Mr. Barker has to say. : •
