BACK TO YOUTH
Ten former Wellington Soccer representatives, and a former Scottish junior international, comprised the Diamond Football Club's "oldtimers" team which was to have played the present Diamond First A Division eleven at Hospital this afternoon. In their hey-day the veterans would have made a formidable combination, and even now can give a good account of themselves. At least three of the players, Ewing, Guest, and McCormick, have also been Soccer'AH Blacks. . . The side was to have lined out a« follows: —Ewing; G. Wotherspoon, Guest; J. McLeod, A. Geddes, MeCormick; R. McLeod, T. Wotherspoon, Meiklejohn (the ex-Scottish junior international), J. Smith, and G. Static.
