EARL BEATTY'S PROGRESS

Earl Beatty, who fractured his pelvis in a hunting accident with the Quorn in February, underwent a final X-ray examination recently. The result proved so satisfactory that for the first time since his accident, he was allowed to put both feet on the ground. There is no reason now to doubt that his recovery will be complete. He has retained a number of his hunters,, and it is expected that he will resume his hunting and public activities. Earl Beatty, who is 33, is likely to take a lsmg conyalescent trig abroad.
