(Received August.26, 1.10 p.m.) LONDqN, August 25. The Prague correspondent of the British United Press reports that the Czechs have decided to make greater concessions to the Sudeten Germans and to submit a basis for negotiation.
The proposals are authoritatively stated to meet four of Herr Henlein's six demands and to partially, satisfy the remainder. They are aimed, also, at meeting .the demands of other minorities.
