Appointed to represent the employers of New Zealand, Mr. D. I. Macdonald, secretary of the Canterbury Employers' Association, will attend the quarterly meeting of the governing body of the International Labour organisation, which will begin in London on October 25. Mr. Macdonald was informed of his appointment by the advisory board of the New Zealand Employers' Federation today, and intends to leave Auckland by the Monterey on Septem-fctr-M. __•
