A single section in Campbell Street Extension, Karori, and land in Waiwhetu Road, Birdwood Road, and St. James. Avenue, Lower Hutt, for approximately 13 houses have been acquired by the State Housing Department. When pulling out from a kerb in Cuba Street this morning, a taxi-cab was struck on the side by a motorcar. The taxi was fairly extensively damaged. Nobody was injured,
