CABINET IN N.S.W.
MOVE TO REPLACE PREMIER
SYDNEY, July 10. j A section of the Press here hints i 'that all is not well with the New South Wales Ministry. The origin of the trouble, it is said, is the recent reconstruction of the Cabinet, when the Premier, Mr. B, S. Stevens, dropped Captain F. A. Chaffey land Major J. B. Shand, respectively Colonial Secretary and Assistant 'Minister, both of whom are now very (bitter. They have a number of staunch ..supporters in the Government Parly who are suggesting that Mr. E. S. 'Spooner, Minister for Local Government, replace Mr. Stevens in order to restore confidence in the leadership tof the Government. ' i
