The only development on the Sydney Stock Exchange today was a strong rise in Australian Glass, which at one stage touched 995, but eased later to 96s 9d. Otherwise the investment market was cheerful, despite the heavy fall in the Commonwealth Wool cheque. Sales included:— £ s. d.
