CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY
Recent performances po nt to the fact that the bidding for senior A grade first division honours in Wellington Rugby is likely to be very spirited in the coming matches. A series set down for tomorrow promises much in the way of keen competition, and for fast, attractive football the match between Wellington and Wellington College Old Boys looks to be full of promise. Od Boys have been making excellent headway of late, and they are bound to be on their toes tomorrow against the fast-moving Wellington side which has given some of the best performances in senior Rugby this season. This match is to be played at Athletic Park, commencing at 2.45 p.m. The Old Boys' team is given elsewhere in this issue. Wellington's side will be: Auld, Edwards, Fulton, Dixon, Trapp, Veitch, Egdell, Climo, Stevens, Wares, Cooper, Smith, McDonald, Coupland, McLean, Morrissey, and Compton. Preceding the match there will be the trial between senior A second division and senior B representatives.
