CONJUGAL RIGHTS ACTION
A decree for restitution of conjugal rights within fourteen days was made in the Supreme Court today by Mr. Justice Quilliam in favour of Albert William Baker, a piano tuner, of Wellington (Mr. W. H. Heine). The respondent was Florence Gertrude Baker, of Lower Hutt (Mr. W. P. Rollings), and the action was defended. "I have no doubt as to what should be done in this case," said his Honour. "I think it is deplorable that this excellent couple should be parted in this way. I shall refrain from commenting on the evidence, because it is my sincere hope that they will be reunited. I find on the evidence that the respondent had no sufficient cause ■ to leave her home and no justification i |or refusing to return." '
