MOSCOW, June 29,
Stalin has sent congratulations to the Soviet airmen Kokklnaki and Briandinsky on their 4700 miles non-stop flight from Moscow to Spask, on the Pacific coast, in 24i hours at an average speed of 194 miles an hour. The weather encountered was terrible, and the earth was visible for only one-eighth of the journey.
