One second statutory offender for drunkenness was convicted and fined 10s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment, and two first offenders were convicted and discharged by Mr. L. McKenzie, J.P., in the Mount Cook Police Court today.
For being disorderly while drunk, William Alexander Miller, a labourer, aged 30, was fined 10s by Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today.
