NEW MAGISTRATE
MR. ALFRED COLEMAN DIVISION OF DUTIES The Minister of Justice (the Hon. H. G. R. Mason) announced today the appointment of Mr. Alfred Coleman as a Stipendiary Magistrate. Mr. Coleman has been a member of the Court of Review constituted under' the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Act since, its .inception, and was chairman of "the Tiranaki Adjustment
Commission under the Bural Mortgagors Final Adjustment Act. He is a qualified accountant as well as a barrister and solicitor, and was formerly in practice at Stratford. While the necessity for the existence of the Court of Review continues Mr. Coleman will not relinquish his position as a member of that Court, but when the Court is not sitting he will afford relief oh Magisterial work.
