Supporting Gene are "Smiley" Burnetts, Frances Grant, and Jack Kennedy. The three Western song ?' ts ° f the film sung by Autry are Red River Valley," "Where the Water, wheel Keeps Turning On," and "Hand Me Down My Trusty Forty-five." The associate feature is Columbia's thrilling drama, "Under Suspicion," starring Jack Holt. The cast supporting Holt includes Katherine DeMille, Rosalind Keith, Luis Alberni, Esther Muir Purnell Pratt, and Granville Bates. The story of "Under Suspicion" tells of a millionaire car magnate, played bv Holt, who decides to retire and turn over his plant to his employees. The move makes enemies of many of his friends, several of whom he believes would like to see him dead. To forestall any assassination, he invites all (he would-be culprits to his mountain lodge, and through a series of aleverlyplanned manoeuvres, traps the lurking killer. Three short subjects, the latest Universal newsreel, "Scrambled Legs," a special wrestling sports thrill, and "Air Hostess," colour cartoon, complete a very fine programme.
