The Dominions Secretary . (Lord Stanley) told Mr. G. L. M. Mander (Liberal) in the House of dbmmons that he would place in the library, when it was available, a full report of the New Zealand Prime Minister's statement on June 2 concerning the defence of the Dominion. ,
Mr. Mander: Will you convey to Cabinet that Mr. Savage's idea would not begin with conscription of flesh and blood?
Lord Stanley: That raises another matter.
