TITAHI CLUB

Results of weekend competitions at the Titahi links are as follows:—

Saturday Afternoon.—Medal round'. H. D. Ayles, 76, 8—68; D. N. Anderson, 8.3, 13-70; J. Neale, 82, 12-70; J. Caughley, 92, 20—72; H. Pearce, 88, 16—72.

Sunday Morning—Stableford bogey. H. C. Boon, 34 points; J. Neale, 34; N. Parker, 32; J. Stewart, 32; C. Swinburne, 32; I. M. Gault, 31.

Sunday Afternoon.—Fouvball bestball stableford bogey; Mexted and J. Caughley, 40 points; R. Raines and G. Wilson, 39; Macduff and Hynes, 37.

In an eclectic competition for the Cuthbertson Trophy, J. Caughley and T. B. Hewitt tied for first place. Caughley won on a count-back. Watt and Ranish Cup matches will be played against Waiwelu, at Titahi. on Saturday. The teams will be published later.

ATHLETIC CLUB

An 18-hole bogey competition played on the Athletic links on Sunday morning resulted in a tie between C. Perrett, J. Cox, and N. Stokes, each 2 down. In a 9-hole stableford competition played in the afternoon Mrs. O. Parker and J. Piercy, each 20 points, were the winners.

A stableford competition held on Te Mania links was won by R. E. Pope, 19 13—32. Next came G. R. Alderton, 19' 12-31; K. E. Leighton, 22. 7-29; E. Loader, 17, 12—29, and D. Atchley, 12, 17—29.
