TITAHI CLUB

Results of weekend competitions at the Titahi links are as follows:—

Saturday Afternoon.—Medal round'. H. D. Ayles, 76, 8—68; D. N. Anderson, 8.3, 13-70; J. Neale, 82, 12-70; J. Caughley, 92, 20—72; H. Pearce, 88, 16—72.

Sunday Morning—Stableford bogey. H. C. Boon, 34 points; J. Neale, 34; N. Parker, 32; J. Stewart, 32; C. Swinburne, 32; I. M. Gault, 31.

Sunday Afternoon.—Fouvball bestball stableford bogey; Mexted and J. Caughley, 40 points; R. Raines and G. Wilson, 39; Macduff and Hynes, 37.

In an eclectic competition for the Cuthbertson Trophy, J. Caughley and T. B. Hewitt tied for first place. Caughley won on a count-back. Watt and Ranish Cup matches will be played against Waiwelu, at Titahi. on Saturday. The teams will be published later.

ATHLETIC CLUB

An 18-hole bogey competition played on the Athletic links on Sunday morning resulted in a tie between C. Perrett, J. Cox, and N. Stokes, each 2 down. In a 9-hole stableford competition played in the afternoon Mrs. O. Parker and J. Piercy, each 20 points, were the winners.

The following team has been selected to represent the club in a match against Strathmore Park on Sunday (commencing at 9 a.m.):—G. McKinley, sen., A. Moynihan, G. Helhwell K. Yates, J. Bertram, J. TE MARUA CLUB

A stableford competition held on Te Mania links was won by R. E. Pope, 19 13—32. Next came G. R. Alderton, 19' 12-31; K. E. Leighton, 22. 7-29; E. Loader, 17, 12—29, and D. Atchley, 12, 17—29. ' ' m The following will represent Tc Marua against Karori Club on Sunday next at Karori:—Austad, Cooper. Paul, Leighton, Harding. Lackey, Alderton. Loader, Cornaga, Pope, Gotz, Denniston.

LEVIN CLUB

The medal match played on Sunday by the Levin Club was won by B. Connell. Other good cards were returned by E. T. Miller, S. Franklin, W. G. Clark, C. Lagor, H. Nicholson, W, Bull, P. Crisp, B. Skeen.

WAIWETU LADIES' CLUB

The bogey competition played by the Waiwetu Ladies during the weekend resulted in * tie between Miss W. Barr and Miss I. Clarke, both returning cards of 2 down. Miss Barr, who won on the count back, also won the senior weekly ball. The best card in the junior section was returned by Mrs. Hull Brown, . On Sunday afternoon the fourball best-ball competition, over fourteen holes, was won by Miss I. Clarke and Miss W. Barr. TUI GLEN LADIES' CLUB

The result of the - two-club competition played last Sunday by. the Tui Glen Ladies' Club was- as follows:—Mrs. Young 68 net. Miss Stickines 71 net, Mrs. McKinnon 71 net. Next Sunday an L.G.U. medal round will be played, this being the final round for Mrs. Young's Trophy. „ The draw is as follows:—Miss McCubbin v. Miss Mitchell; Mrs. Latta v. TE MARUA LADIES' CLUB

The hidden holes competition for Mrs. E. Loader's trophy,. played on Sunday by the Te Marua ladies over 18 holes, resulted in a draw between Mrs. D. Wheeler and Miss D. Robertson. Mrs. Wheeler won on a count bacif.
