CHARGE DROPPED

LONDON, June 21,
John Dale, aged 30, described as an Australian, who was remanded on bail in September on a charge of stealing £1000 by a confidence trick and who surrendered his bail on .May 23, was liberated today by the Marylebone Court owing to lack of evidence on the original charge.
