A PHONOGRAPH WILL
Disturbed by the numerous cases of forged wills which have come to light of late, ajj elderly American in retirement on the Riviera has taken novel steps to safeguard his own testamentary dispositions, says the "Manchester Guardian." In addition to drawing up a conventional will, he has dictated it, in the presence of a notary public, to a phonograph, and has had three copies placed under seal; one he keeps by him, one has been entrusted to the notary, and the third to a lawyer. He considers that these precautions should make his last will and testament both fool and knave proof.
