(Received May IS, 9 a.m.) LONDON, May 17. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir John Simon, announced in the House of Commons that Mr. Neville Chamberlain's. indisposition will prevent his presence in the House on May 19, and that therefore the.,air defence debate has been postponed.
