THE EIRE AGREEMENT
OPERATION TOMORROW (Received May 18, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, May 17. The House of Lords passed the Anglo-Eire Agreement Bill, which has now received the Royal assent. The trade agreement will come into operation on May 19, when the emergency duties will be abolished.
