"Worried Mother" writes: "I would like to draw attention to the state of Totara Road, Miramar. We have lived in this road for over eleven years, and we are still agitating for a footpath. On wet days, when the children go to school they either walk in wet grass or on the muddy roads. Several of the neighbours have been in touch with the City Council, but the request by ratepayers for a decent footpath seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Surely something can be done before the winter sets in."
