THREE HOSTESSES
' Three hostesses combined yesterday afternoon to give a farewell party for Mrs. F. W. Graham, who will leave tomorrow by the Wanganella for Sydney, en route to England.
The party was given at Mrs. A. E. Dennis's home, 52 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt, and her co-hostesses were Mrs. Camden-Cooke and Mrs. H. Sladden.
The drawing-room was gay with vases, of golden dahlias, and scabias in shades of pink and mauve and manycoloured carnations decorated the din-ing-room. The guest of honour was presented with a gift. " '
Among those present were Mrs. G. A. Strickland, Mrs. S. M. Hobbs, Miss Coulson. Mrs. H. F. Vickery. Mrs. Hough, Mrs. J. Hal] Simpson. Mrs. F. Thompson, Mrs. A. Cook, Miss Garland, Mrs. W. Smith, Mrs. J. Hefl'er, and Mrs. Scolan.
