Two members of the Wellington Cricket Club's senior team topped the 500 mark in this season's championship competition; in fact, Thomas's aggregate was little short of 600. . Ell was second to Thomas in aggregate and average, with Morgan next to these two, to complete quite the strongest section of the team's batting string. The most outstanding performance for the season, however, was that of Blundell in the bowling department,
though good figures by this bowler have been the rule each season. Blundell took 53 wickets at an average cost per wicket of 16.66. The team's averages, compiled by the scorer (Mr. Ben.
