A BALANCING TRICK
Try this simple tries on a, friend. Place three glasses on the table, in the position shown in the sketch, and beside them put three knives. "Can you balance those three knives on the edges of the glasses with the points touching?" you ask. Your friend will probably oiler to try, but it is doubtful if he will succeed. Then you can show him how simple it is, if you first interlace the points of the knives, as shown.
